Fast Track to Success: A Custom Website Created Just for You and Your Redesign/Home Staging Business!
I know, I know, I know. You can find lots of people who do website design just about anywhere. But where do you find someone who has extensive experience
creating websites, who has extensive experience writing motivational copy and who is the West Coast Pioneer of Redesign and Home Staging? This is the only
place you'll find all of those qualifications rolled up into one. Guaranteed.
I'm Barbara Jennings. If you've done any reading here on my website about our extensive Interior Redesign and Home Staging training programs, then
this page doesn't deal with the training. Please use the links at the top of the page under the banner image to navigate to the training information.
You don't need to read any farther unless you're seriously considering having a website to advertise, promote and sustain your interior redesign and/or
home staging business.
Custom Designed Websites
Why have a website?
That's easy.
- Because people expect you to have one nowadays.
- Because you won't be considered professional unless you have one.
- Because it virtually eliminates the need for a brochure or sales literature, saving you hundreds or thousands of dollars.
- Because it's a practical way to present colorful, precise information.
- Because you can update it any time you want.
- Because it allows your "store" to remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without monitoring.
- Because it just way cool.
Can't I Do This Myself Instead?
Sure you can. But will it look professional, that's the question?
There are places advertising websites and do-it-yourself websites all over the internet. What you get is a very simple, pre-formatted formulaic system that
is instantly recognizable as being designed by near-morons. Now that's ok if you're doing a personal site or you have an informational website only, or you're
just selling cellphones, or purses or shoes or something like that.
But we're talking about interior design - interior redesign - home staging - consulting services of a professional nature.
Website Disasters
You don't have to browse the internet very long before running across a host of sites that really look rinky-dink. They look and feel atrocious. Information
and photos are slapped all around with no rhyme or reason. The pages look chaotic, disorganized, confusing to say the least.
Astonishing as it may seem, many of these types of sites are owned by people in the interior design and home staging industry. How they expect to convince someone
that they have talent in design is beyond my ability to understand.
I have been to a host of websites that were shamefully put together. And sadly what the owners don't seem to realize is that they are being judged on the
professionality (or lack thereof) of their website. I've personally said to myself, "If I were looking for a redesigner or home stager, I would never ever consider
hiring this person. I can tell from the website that they don't seem to know what they're doing.
Professional Ambience is Crucial
Some of my own trainees have put together such websites, much to my shagrin. So one day recently I finally decided to get involved in helping my trainees
get a professional website up and running that would make them proud, showcase their talents, motivate visitors to contact them (and make me proud in the process too).
To do that properly, I'm putting my personal online experience, talent, expertise, wisdom, know-how, training and skills to work for you - if you want it.
This website alone has over 600 pages - all written by me. And it's not the only website that I have created. But it's my favourite and my flagship site.
Obviously I don't have much time to devote to creating websites for other people. So naturally I won't be taking on very many at one time. Maybe only one or
two per month.
Creating a hot website takes alot of time and effort. Not the least of which is to pull out of the client all the pertinent information I'll need to create
strong, compelling copy. Therefore the investment on my part won't be dirt cheap. But would you value it if it were? There's a price to be paid to get my personal
attention and the benefit of my years of experience and success.
But I believe, with my whole heart, that those few trainees that I take on will find it very worthwhile in the end. You have to understand that most website
designers don't know the first thing about sales, much less internet sales. They are basically concerned with creating something beautiful and not much more. They
aren't concerned about whether the site does for you what it should do for you. And even if they were, they wouldn't have the background, expertise and methods
to make it happen.
And one more thing . . .
You may have to wait an unbelievably long, long time to get what you paid for. People who design websites for a living may often be so overbooked that it takes
forever to get what you want. They won't tell you this. You'll find out after it's too late. This is something you won't encounter with me. When I have reached
my quota for the month, I'll disable the purchase link so that no one purchases a website when I'm saturated. The purchase link will not go back online until
I know without a doubt that I can begin a new project without hanging anyone up. When you hire me, you get me straight up, full center, with the time to give you.
If anyone delays the process, it will be you, not me.
Streamlining the Process
I've already put together an extensive document geared to pull out of you the essential information I'll need to create the site and put in it the all important
features I know you're going to need. And what I'll create for you is a 10-page, custom designed website, together with professional copywriting, pictures, forms and
contact information. It will all be strictly for interior redesign and/or home staging. I don't do this for any other type of business.
So if you get to the shopping cart and you can't find the purchase link for the Website Design, that means I'm fully booked and you'll have to check back
at a later time to see if an opening appears.
What's the Bottom Line?
Here's the skinny. $2000. Regular price is $2500, but during our introductory phase, the price we're testing is reduced to $2000. Act now as this could change
at any time. That's what you'll invest to get me. I'm probably nuts because it's going to take a whole lot more of my time at a much
lower rate than I make for redesign consultations. But for now, that's the price. Grab it now because it's bound to go up after I find out just how much time
I'll have to spend on the average. If you don't value my 20 years in the redesign industry as being worth it; if you don't value
my expertise in creating well designed, compelling websites (this being just one such example), then don't buy this service. It's not for everyone. But it is
for those that want a fast track to developing their business and who have browsed around enough to know this is truly a steal.
