GREAT TIPS FROM ONE OF MY TRAINEES
"We are giving speaches to the local real estate offices and they are around 20 minutes with a helpful handout.
We also make files for all the agents with the following:
- 2 page helpful hint for the agent (interior & exterior)
- our professional brochure & business cards
- $50 gift certificate for 30 minute consultation
- Letter to each agent (with personal name on it) inside the file
- and we have a wonderful $40 value (we make it for $20) gift - drawing.
We also have some testimonials, our book with great before and after photos and some articles laminated from Sacramento Bee and Sacramento
Magazine on homestaging and the benefits. We have on our board the following when I speak:
- H omes
- O n the
- M market
- E xperiencing
- S taging
- T ranslates and
- A ccentuates
- G reat
- I nerior design (which translates) to
- N et
- G ain (for the seller)
We then follow-up with e-mails to each agent thanking them for their time and to call us if they have any questions.
We have also e-mailed every agent in Placer and Nevada County. (Now, that took some time), however, a lot of our e-mails were
returned so we have an UPDATED list and will send out a second and different e-mail.
Anyway, we are happy with our business. In the one e-mailings we did get a great job staging a contractors spec and we have
received two jobs from him on designing two homes (two big jobs). So, Barbara...THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.
